Danielle was a huge blessing to our family. From our first meeting, her gentle demeanor put me at ease, and I knew I was in the hands of someone who truly cared about my well-being. Her extensive knowledge and experience were evident as she walked us through various birthing options, pain management techniques, and postpartum considerations.

During labor, her soothing presence was a true gift. Her calm and reassuring words provided a sense of comfort amidst the intensity of the experience. Her ability to intuitively know when to offer support and when to give space was remarkable. She guided me through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and position changes with a level of expertise that only comes from genuine dedication to her craft.

What truly set Danielle apart was her empathy. She not only understood the physical aspects of labor but also the emotional and psychological components. Her genuine care for my emotional well-being allowed me to feel understood and supported in a way that was truly uplifting. She was a constant source of encouragement, reminding me of my strength and the beautiful journey ahead.

My experience with Danielle was transformative and empowering. If you're seeking a doula who will be not only a skilled professional but also a compassionate companion on your journey, I wholeheartedly recommend her services. She played an integral role in making my birthing experience a truly memorable and beautiful one.

Zuhura Perinatal’s doula services has been the lifeline I needed during my 3rd and 4th trimesters. Danielle supported me by providing information and resources to address any questions or concerns I had, instructing my husband on ways to support me during labor, ensuring I had nutritious meals, and serving as a lactation consultant. Most importantly she gave me much needed breaks from the baby so that I could rest and regroup with peace of mind that my child was in good care. Her professionalism and reassuring nature is something I am forever grateful for and I recommend every expecting mother invests in this type of support.

Danielle is an overall great person. She bonded immediately with my entire family. My son loved her from the beginning, thanks to her patience and calming demeanor, she helped me heal from birth more than just physically. She is also extremely knowledgeable with everything my newborn was going through and everything having to do with my postpartum. I was able to text her day in and out whenever I had a question or needed advice. If you have an opportunity to have Danielle for your postpartum, hire her!

First I want to say I was hesitant to book virtual doula services due to really wanting in person support. My plan changed due to Covid allowances but after my consultation with Danielle I was sold, she has such a warm and genuine spirit and I truly felt like she’d be a great addition to my birth team. I was correct. She really came through in that final month when I had the most anxiety and concern. She soothed my worries and reassured me every step of the way. She coached my partner on different techniques to help me with pain and gave him tips on how to help me advocate for myself. She even came by to help me organize my nursery, something I didn’t even know I needed but really appreciated. All in all, I felt very educated and prepared for my birth and even for things that happened after I had my baby. This was my first pregnancy and I’m so glad I hired a doula. I will for sure be using Danielle and Zuhura Perinatal for all my future doula needs as well as referring her to family and friends.

This has been such a peaceful healing process this time and I’m so thankful 💜 Danielle is one of those angels I was able to come across and she gave me something that comes once in a lifetime! Less than a week turnaround time and I have my placenta capsules, tea, and she even made placenta chocolates. There’s a placenta painting as well as a part of the cord for keepsake. I can’t thank you enough!!
